The coming year will see LF Energy’s biggest investment to date in helping bring our community together and grow through live events. Gathering at dedicated times both in-person and virtually increases collaboration, innovation, and understanding, which will accelerate our efforts to develop the open source technologies necessary to the energy transition. We encourage everyone in the LF Energy community, as well as those who are not yet involved but want to learn more, to consider supporting and attending the events below.
The Premier Event for Our Community – LF Energy Summit
June 1-2, 2023
If there is one event the community should attend this year, it is LF Energy Summit. This event will gather stakeholders from the energy and technology industries with policymakers and academics from around the world to advance the open source technologies needed to develop a modern technology stack for the power sector to achieve decarbonization goals. Attendees will include developers along with decision makers within utilities, power transmission and distribution companies, carbon tracking companies, RE credits and markets companies, and those providing technology solutions to the industry.
The event will be hosted at the headquarters of Strategic Member RTE in the La Defense area of Paris. This two-day summit can be attended in-person or virtually, and will feature keynote speakers from industry, government, and academia, along with technical presentations on current LF Energy technologies and other topics of interest to the community.
Sponsorship packages are now available, and both registration and the call for proposals will open soon. Learn more at https://events.linuxfoundation.org/lfenergysummit/.
