FOSDEM 2023 Energy Devroom Schedule Now Available

Members of the LF Energy community successfully applied to manage an Energy devroom at FOSDEM 2023, taking place Feb 4-5 in Brussels. The focus of the room is “driving digital transformation of energy systems to accelerate decarbonization”.

The Energy devroom will take place on Saturday, Feb 4. The first half of the day from 10:30 to 14:30 will be presented virtually on the FOSDEM platform. The second half of the day from 15:00 to 19:00 will feature in-person presentations at the live FOSDEM event. Attendance at either the virtual or in-person events is completely free of charge, and no advance registration is required. The live event takes place at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Accepted sessions cover topics including open source best practices, green software development, home energy management, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, energy modeling, forecasting, and more. The full agenda has now been announced, and can be viewed below.

The LF Energy and broader open source energy communities look forward to seeing you in Brussels!
