LF Energy Summit 2018 Recap
On October 24th, 2018, the first ever LF Energy Summit was held in Edinburgh, UK. Part of Open Source Summit Europe hosted by the Linux Foundation, the event brought together power system engineers with open source developers to start building a community at the genesis of this project. 55 attendees from utilities, TSOs, DSOs, vendors, and other energy leaders spent the day together learning more about the climate challenge before us, discussing how open source can make a significant impact, and determining next steps to take us forward.
