New year community update

To kick-off the new year well, It is time for a community update. More questions get asked by outsiders (no existing contributors/users) last months. The Open Smart Grid Platform received questions from around the world: Germany, Argentina, Egypt, South-Africa, Nigeria and the Virgin Islands.

Questions vary form business models, maturity, specific features and collaboration opportunities. Some questions are passed to the FAQ section on this website (see support). The questions might be the first phase to lead to new contribution (direct or via partners).

One contact already did an technical analysis of the Open Smart Smart Grid Platform and starting to promote the Platform based on his findings.

Lets make the Open Smart Grid Platform community rock this year!

Meet us @ FOSDEM Brussels – 4 & 5 February 2017

FOSDEM logoA part of the Open Smart Grid Platform community will be present at FOSDEM 2017. FOSDEM is the biggest open source conference in Europe with thousands of open source enthusiasts. FOSDEM takes place 4 & 5 February 2017 in Brussels. Drop by if you like to know more about us or the Open Smart Grid Platform and other open source technologies. We will participate in 2 events:

  • Jonas van de Bogaard will give an (introduction) talk to the Open Smart Grid Platform. The Talk will include an demo of the open smart grid platform.
